The product is a square desktop tissue holder with a top tissue outlet, compatible with standard rectangular facial tissue refills. It is constructed from cross‑laminated Moso bamboo panels. All bamboo blanks are kiln‑dried to 8‑12% moisture before shipment, then precision cut, sanded and formed into interlocking foldable panels, helping reduce warping and cracking in normal indoor humidity. When not assembled, the thin bamboo panels can be packed flat, saving warehouse space and container volume. Assembly is done through slot‑together bamboo joints, without screws or extra hardware. The top opening is finished for smooth tissue dispensing. Natural bamboo grain and slight color variations are normal material characteristics.

Our Xiamen factory supports OEM customization: assembled outer dimensions, top outlet size, panel thickness, laser engraved logo and retail gift box configuration can be adjusted. Finished EB‑17402 bamboo foldable tissue boxes are inspected according to AQL 2.5 Major / 4.0 Minor sampling standards before shipment. QC covers panel dimensional accuracy, flatness, interlocking joint fit, top outlet edge smoothness, burr‑free safety screening and visual inspection for cracks, splits, knots and surface defects. For laser engraved batches, logo position and engraving depth are checked. Batch dimensional deviation is controlled within ±2% of nominal values to ensure uniform flat packing and retail display.

For ocean export, moisture barrier inner liners are used in master cartons to reduce moisture absorption, mildew and warping during long‑distance container shipping. Moso bamboo matures in 3‑5 years, much faster than common hardwood, and can be harvested without felling the mother plant. Bamboo panels are renewable and can biodegrade at end of service life.
